Overview We’re seeking an experienced Residential Framer to support ongoing new home construction projects. This role focuses on hands-on framing work across multiple houses, with an emphasis on skill, efficiency, and the ability to contribute immediately without training. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on active residential job sites and demonstrating their abilities on day one. Responsibilities - Perform residential framing work on new home construction projects - Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials accurately - Use hand tools and power tools such as nail guns safely and efficiently - Assist with advanced framing tasks such as stairs, rafters, and roof framing as needed Requirements - Minimum 2 years of residential framing experience - Proven ability to read measurements and cut materials accurately - Experience using nail guns and standard framing tools - Ability to bring basic hand tools (hammer, speed square, tape measure, tool pouch)
