Overview:
We’re seeking a Renovation Handyman with extensive experience supporting residential renovation and remodeling projects. This role requires a highly versatile, hands-on professional capable of handling multiple trades at a practical level across active renovation job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as replacing P-traps, fixtures, and addressing minor drainage issues.
- Complete light electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, and fixtures.
- Support renovation projects with general carpentry, repairs, and build-outs as needed.
- Handle painting, patching, and finish work related to remodels and renovations.
- Assist across multiple scopes of work to keep renovation projects moving efficiently.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in residential renovations, remodeling, or general construction.
- Proven ability to perform light plumbing and light electrical work (non-licensed tasks only).
- Broad, hands-on experience across carpentry, painting, and general construction tasks.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing job site needs, and manage varied responsibilities.
