Overview We’re seeking a/an Residential Construction Apprentice / General Laborer to support residential construction, renovation, and make-ready projects. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience working on homes who is eager to learn multiple trades through hands-on training. Work will take place across various residential job sites under direct supervision. Responsibilities - Assist with residential construction, renovation, and make-ready projects on occupied and vacant homes - Perform basic drywall work, painting cleanouts, and general construction tasks - Support skilled trades work such as light plumbing and electrical tasks as directed - Follow safety procedures and work closely with on-site supervisors to complete assigned tasks Requirements - 1–2 years of experience working on residential homes in construction, renovation, or similar environments - Basic familiarity with drywall, painting, and general home repair tasks - Willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, and other skilled trades through on-the-job training - Reliable transportation to travel between multiple job sites - Ability to follow instructions, remain attentive, and demonstrate strong work ethic
