Overview:
We’re seeking a Residential Electrician (O02) to handle the electrical portion of residential electrification and HVAC installation projects in the Seattle-area (including Bellevue/Kirkland). This role is field-based and requires the ability to work independently—completing panel and circuit upgrades so equipment installs can be completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Complete residential electrification upgrades tied to HVAC installs, including service/panel work, breaker changes, and adding new circuits
- Run new 240V circuits to heat pump compressors and set up required disconnects
- Coordinate timing with the install workflow so electrical is ready for same-day equipment change-outs
- Troubleshoot residential electrical issues related to electrification and HVAC installations and ensure work is completed safely and correctly

Requirements:
- Washington State O02 license preferred, open to considering candidate that are test-ready with required hours to sit for the O02 exam
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience
- Hands-on experience with panel/service upgrades, adding circuits, and running 240V circuits for equipment loads
- Ability to work independently in the field and to be dispatched to complete job
