Overview
We’re seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician to service and maintain complex HVAC systems across commercial and large-scale residential properties. This role requires a technician who can work independently across a wide range of equipment and environments. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with varied systems.

Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, rooftops, dehumidification systems, and PTAC units
- Perform work across large residential communities and commercial facilities with varying system types
- Troubleshoot mechanical and control issues across diverse equipment configurations
- Operate safely and professionally while representing the company on job sites

Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience working with chillers, boilers, process piping, and packaged rooftop units
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Clean driving record required
- Michigan Chauffeur’s License and Michigan DOT Medical Card required to operate company vehicles
