Overview We’re seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support ongoing maintenance and emergency service work across industrial and heavy commercial facilities. This role focuses primarily on plumbing systems, with additional responsibilities supporting HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple trades in a maintenance-driven environment. Responsibilities - Perform industrial and commercial plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs - Support HVAC system maintenance, diagnostics, and basic mechanical repairs - Assist with emergency service calls and reactive maintenance as needed - Work alongside field technicians during daily service and maintenance activities Requirements - 3+ years of experience in industrial or heavy commercial maintenance - Strong plumbing background with working knowledge of HVAC systems - Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems in the field - State trade license preferred for advanced classification, but not required for hire
