Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter to support residential and light commercial construction projects in South Florida. This role is intended for a highly skilled, self-sufficient professional who can step onto a job site and perform without training or close supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including framing, installation, repairs, and finish work as required by project scope
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using standard carpentry methods
- Use personal hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and to trade standards
- Complete assigned work independently while meeting quality and timeline expectations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently without on-site training
- Ownership of essential carpentry tools, including saws, hammers, and nail guns
- Reliable transportation to job sites within South Florida
