Overview:
We’re seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems across large apartment communities. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, consistency in service execution, and the ability to work across multiple residential sites.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems within apartment communities
- Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Complete HVAC system installations and replacements as needed
- Respond to service requests, including emergency calls, in a timely and professional manner
- Document work performed and communicate system issues or recommendations clearly

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience
- Active refrigeration license and/or sheet metal license (as required by local regulations)
- EPA certification (if applicable to systems serviced)
- Reliable transportation for daily travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently across multiple properties
