Overview We’re seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support primarily residential service and repair work in the North Little Rock area. This role focuses on diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems rather than performing full system installations. Occasional light commercial service may be required,. Responsibilities - Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC system issues to identify effective repair solutions. - Service and repair HVAC units to restore proper operation and performance. - Perform service work involving common residential refrigerants without engaging in low-temperature or liquid refrigeration. - Complete repair work in compliance with safety standards and EPA regulations. Requirements - At least 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems. - Working knowledge of refrigerants including 410A, R22, 407C, and 454B. - Active EPA certification required. - Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical and system issues efficiently.
