Overview:
We’re seeking an Equipment Operator to support earthworks, utility installation, and concrete-related construction projects. This role focuses on safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment on active job sites while working closely with field crews.

Responsibilities:
- Operate construction equipment such as excavators and compact track loaders (CTLs) for earthmoving and utility work.
- Assist with site preparation for concrete and infrastructure projects.
- Follow project plans and direction from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain safe operations and awareness on active construction sites.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience operating construction equipment on job sites.
- Hands-on experience with excavators and/or compact track loaders.
- Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding construction environments.
- Strong understanding of job-site safety practices and procedures.
