Overview: We're seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead the concrete crew in constructing structural elements for commercial projects, specifically gas stations across the area. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong plan-reading skills, and consistent regional travel to active job sites. Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct concrete construction activities and personnel. - Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient completion of work. - Communicate effectively with bilingual teams to maintain high standards of safety and workmanship. - Travel to various job sites to oversee projects across different areas of California and Nevada. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in concrete construction and supervisory roles. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Willingness to complete mine training certification. - Flexible for business travel; company truck and credit for fuel provided.
