Overview We’re seeking a Shrink-Wrap Technician to support shrink-wrapping projects. This role focuses on hands-on shrink-wrap installation using propane torches and supporting tools in outdoor and construction environments. The position is part of a multi-year project based primarily in Kansas City, Missouri, with potential future work in other locations. Responsibilities - Perform shrink-wrapping of large and small structures using propane/blow torches - Assist with installation activities related to shrink-wrap systems, including cutting and securing materials - Safely operate hand and power tools as needed to support shrink-wrap work - Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while following site safety protocols Requirements - 1–2 years of hands-on experience with shrink-wrap installation using propane or blow torches - OSHA 10 certification required - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required - Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks - Scissor lift training and basic carpentry or power tool experience strongly preferred
