Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Residential Construction Worker to support the construction of a ground-up residential build, including an RV storage structure and a garage with living space. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience and comfort working on active residential job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with framing and construction of residential structures, including garages and storage buildings
- Perform carpentry tasks involving layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly
- Use tape measures, compound miter saws, and common hand and power tools accurately
- Support siding and light roofing work as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of practical carpentry or residential construction experience
- Proficiency reading measurements and executing precise cuts
- Familiarity with common construction tools and job-site practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
