Overview We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple active construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, field-driven, and experienced managing multiple jobs at once. Responsibilities - Manage daily on-site operations for 3–5 concurrent construction projects - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain schedule and quality - Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance - Review plans and specifications, conduct site inspections, and report project progress Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent - Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously - Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and materials - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Valid driver’s license required - Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) - OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 preferred
