Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Service Plumber to support ongoing maintenance and renovation work across residential rental properties. This role focuses on service and replacement work rather than new construction and will play a key role in keeping units functional and move-in ready.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential service plumbing including replacing showers, tubs, and plumbing fixtures
- Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues in existing rental units
- Complete plumbing work tied to property turnovers and light renovation projects
- Use personal plumbing tools to complete assigned service tasks on-site

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience
- Experience working on existing systems (repairs, replacements, fixture installs)
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on-site plumbing issues
- Must provide own plumbing tools
