Overview:
We’re seeking a Carpentry Helper to support residential construction projects by assisting with cleanup, material handling, and basic carpentry-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working on active job sites under the direction of experienced carpenters.

Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with tasks as directed - Clean and maintain job sites throughout the workday
- Move, organize, and dispose of materials and debris
- Carry lumber, tools, and supplies as needed
- Follow instructions and adapt to daily job site needs

Requirements:
- Basic construction or carpentry familiarity
- Reliable transportation to commute to residential job sites
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials - Strong reliability and willingness to take direction
- Comfortable working as part of a small crew on active job sites
