Overview We’re seeking a skilled Tree Crew Laborer to support tree removal and site operations across active job sites. This role involves hands-on work using chainsaws, climbing ladders with safety gear, and supporting both ground and equipment-based operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn. Responsibilities - Operate chainsaws and assist with tree removal activities following safety protocols. - Climb ladders using a safety harness and support elevated work as needed. - Perform ground operations, including handling lines and tying/untangling knots efficiently. - Assist with operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, bobcats, and rollers under direction. Requirements - Valid Florida driver’s license. - Prior experience in skilled labor, tree work, excavation, or heavy equipment operation preferred. - Comfortable working at heights, using safety harnesses, and performing physical labor. - Trainable mindset with the ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew.
