Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial Plumber to oversee the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems for various commercial projects. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and the independent execution of plumbing tasks using various materials.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems using PVC, copper, and soldering techniques on commercial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute plumbing layouts.
- Perform ground-up installation, rough-in, top-out, and trim-out as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean job site. 

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Journeyman license and/or third-year apprentice level experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess basic hand tools and reliable transportation for commuting between job sites.
