Overview We’re seeking a motivated General Laborer with basic carpentry exposure to support hands-on construction and site improvement projects. This role will assist with building and modifying small structures used for animal housing and property upgrades. It’s well-suited for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and contributing to a growing operation. Responsibilities - Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving materials, and preparing work areas - Assist with basic carpentry tasks such as framing, siding, and assembling sheds or small structures - Help convert trailers or containers into functional housing units - Support safe operation of ladders, lifts, and equipment under direction Requirements - Basic understanding of carpentry tools and measurements (tape measure, square, simple layouts) - Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a hands-on work environment - Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions - Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
