Overview:
We're seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to be responsible for servicing and installing HVAC systems in high-end residential properties, with occasional opportunities for commercial work. This role requires technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Provide detailed reports on system performance and any needed repairs.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness when working in upscale homes.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Must hold a valid HVAC license.
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to train on-site with management for up to 90 days to ensure high-quality workmanship.
