Overview We’re seeking a skilled Residential Painter support primarily residential projects with occasional opportunities in light commercial work. This role focuses on high-quality interior, exterior, and cabinet painting, with an emphasis on clean finishes and reliable workmanship. Responsibilities - Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including proper masking, sanding, patching, and priming as needed - Paint and refinish cabinets, including detailed prep work to achieve smooth, durable finishes - Maintain job site cleanliness and protect surrounding surfaces, furniture, and fixtures during painting activities - Communicate progress and any material or surface issues to the team to ensure quality standards are met Requirements - At least 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred) - Proven ability to paint cabinets, as well as interior and exterior surfaces with strong attention to detail - Strong surface preparation skills and knowledge of common coatings, tools, and application methods - Dependable, quality-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a small in-house team
