Overview:
We’re seeking a Lead Rooftop Solar Installer to support residential rooftop solar installations. This role focuses on leading rooftop work, ensuring proper installation techniques, and maintaining roof integrity to prevent leaks or damage. The ideal candidate brings hands-on solar or roofing experience and can confidently lead a small crew on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Lead rooftop solar installations, including layout, racking, panel placement, and roof penetrations
- Ensure all attachments are installed correctly to maintain roof waterproofing and structural integrity
- Perform and understand basic electrical tasks related to rooftop solar systems
- Direct and support one to two helpers on the roof to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of rooftop solar and/or roofing experience
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and leak prevention best practices
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge related to solar installations
- Ability to measure accurately, follow installation instructions, and lead a small crew reliably
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record required.
