Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Prepress & Digital Print Operator to support day-to-day digital print production in a fast-paced printing environment. This role requires hands-on knowledge of digital printing equipment and the ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and set up digital files for print production.
- Operate digital printing equipment to execute jobs accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot print or file issues before and during production.
- Manage assigned print jobs independently while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in prepress and digital print production.
- Strong working knowledge of digital printing equipment beyond software-based design tools.
- Ability to operate independently without extensive onboarding or oversight.
- Proven experience in a production print environment.
