Overview We’re seeking a Lead Carpenter with strong framing and trim expertise to support residential construction projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for an experienced carpenter who can independently execute high-quality work across framing, trim, and finish stages. Responsibilities - Frame residential homes and complete post-drywall trim and finish carpentry. - Install kitchens, cabinets, windows, doors, siding, and related finish components. - Execute construction work from foundation through final trim with minimal oversight. - Travel between residential job sites across multiple counties to complete assigned work. Requirements - Minimum of five years of hands-on carpentry experience in ground-up residential construction. - Proven expertise in framing, trim carpentry, and kitchen installation. - Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required. - Strong understanding of quality standards and ability to work independently
