Overview We’re seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to support residential construction projects through hands-on framing and general building work. This role is ideal for a dependable, experienced worker who understands job site expectations and can complete tasks independently while following established work methods. Responsibilities - Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials using basic hand tools. - Perform general construction tasks related to building and finishing residential structures. - Follow daily schedules, job site instructions, and company work methods. - Maintain productivity and quality while working with minimal supervision. Requirements - At least 1-2 years of proven experience with basic construction tasks such as framing and general carpentry. - Ability to read a tape measure and competently use personal tools including a hammer, tape measure, speed square, tool belt, and pencil. - Strong reliability, punctuality, and job site awareness. - Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites.
