Overview: We're seeking an Electrical Foreman who will be responsible for overseeing commercial electrical projects, leading crews on-site and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plans. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage materials and change orders in active commercial environments. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites to ensure quality and productivity. - Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and change orders to direct work activities. - Coordinate, order, and manage materials and equipment needed for each project phase. - Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards at all times. Requirements: - At least 5 years of commercial electrical experience, including leadership or foreman-level responsibilities. - OSHA certification required; strong working knowledge of job-site safety practices. - Relevant equipment or machine operation certifications preferred. - Proven ability to organize crews, manage job-site logistics, and communicate clearly.
