Overview:
We're seeking a General Construction & Remodeling Technician to support residential remodeling projects by performing a wide range of hands-on construction tasks. This role requires a versatile, skilled tradesperson capable of completing small-to-mid-sized projects independently or alongside a small team, adapting as project needs change.

Responsibilities:
- Complete residential remodeling work including carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, and finish work.
- Perform general repairs and small renovation projects such as bathroom remodels completed fully in-house.
- Assist with light electrical, plumbing, tile, and HVAC-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain safe, organized job sites while following project plans and quality standards.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in residential construction or remodeling with exposure to multiple trades.
- Strong carpentry skills; plumbing or electrical experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve on site, and adapt to varying project scopes.
- Reliable transportation and basic personal hand tools.
