Overview:
We're seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician performs maintenance-level and light rehabilitation work on multifamily and single-family properties. This role requires a well-rounded tradesperson who can work independently and deliver high-quality results across electrical, carpentry, and general repair tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and light rehab work on occupied and vacant residential properties.
- Perform low-voltage electrical tasks such as fixture replacements, fan installs, and minor repairs.
- Handle light plumbing, trim work, and finished carpentry as needed.
- Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and job site cleanliness.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven hands-on experience across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a rehab environment.
- Own reliable transportation and personal tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
