Overview: We’re seeking a carpenter to support primarily residential projects with a strong focus on trim and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-directed, and capable of completing work independently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities: - Install and repair finish carpentry items including crown molding, baseboards, doors, and related trim. - Perform light framing and general carpentry tasks as needed. - Coordinate with painters and drywall team members to keep projects moving efficiently. - Maintain clean, professional job sites and meet project timelines. Requirements: - At least 3 years of carpentry experience required - Strong trim/finish carpentry skills, including installing doors and detailed molding work. - Reliable transportation strongly preferred; personal tools are a plus. - Dependable, communicative, and able to work well with a team and customers. - Proven experience with flooring (laminate/wood), tile, drywall finishing (taping/floating/texture), or painting would be a plus.
