Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to complete residential and rental property maintenance projects across assigned regions. This role requires working independently, delivering high-quality repairs, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: - Perform general handyman and maintenance work on residential and rental properties, including repairs, upkeep, and minor improvements - Travel within an assigned territory (approximately a 100-mile radius) to complete work orders efficiently - Communicate job progress and completion status remotely while following provided work orders - Deliver consistent, professional workmanship with a strong focus on customer service and quality Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on handyman or general maintenance experience - Ability to work independently without supervision and manage assigned tasks responsibly - Willingness and ability to travel locally within assigned areas
