Overview:
We’re seeking a Cleaning Technician to maintain high-quality cleaning standards across residential and short-term rental properties. This role focuses on delivering consistent, detail-oriented cleaning services while working efficiently with a team to ensure spaces are guest-ready and meet established quality expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow established cleaning checklists and procedures to meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete assignments on schedule
- Handle cleaning tools and supplies properly to ensure safety and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential and/or professional cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
