Overview:
We are seeking a Residential Construction Laborer to support a variety of residential construction projects, including new builds, remodels, and exterior installations. This role involves hands-on work, use of basic tools, and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential construction projects such as new home builds, siding installations, and window replacements
- Perform general labor tasks using basic hand and power tools
- Support project progress by working efficiently with other crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential construction or general labor
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic construction instructions
- Proficiency with basic hand tools such as a hammer, tape measure, and utility knife
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and take direction when needed
