Overview: We're seeking experienced painters to assist with ongoing residential renovation projects throughout the Cleveland area. This role involves interior repainting, surface preparation, and touch-ups on active job sites with opportunities for continued work across multiple properties. Responsibilities: - Prepare and finish interior surfaces, including patching, sanding, caulking, and masking. - Apply paint using brush, roller, or sprayer for clean, professional results. - Perform light drywall repair and texture blending as needed. - Maintain clean work areas and coordinate with site leads for material and project updates. Requirements: - At least 1-2 yers of prior residential or commercial painting experience required. - Skilled in prep work, clean cut lines, and consistent coverage. - Must own basic painting tools and reliable transportation. - Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
