Overview:
We're seeking a well-rounded Residential Remodeling Technician with hands-on experience in home renovation and rehab projects. This role requires a multi-skilled tradesperson who can take ownership of tasks across different phases of residential remodeling, with flexibility to focus on specific trades as project needs change.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential remodeling and renovation work including plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, and occasional roofing tasks.
- Support active job sites by stepping into the trade most needed at the time of the project.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot job-site issues to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in residential remodeling, rehab, or renovation work.
- Strong skill in core trades of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, and/or roofing with working knowledge of others.
- Must have reliable transportation and a complete set of hand and power tools required for remodeling work.
- Dependable, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced, changing job-site environments.
