Overview:
We're searching for a Trench Laborer to support basement waterproofing projects that center around trench and excavation work. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and experienced in navigating active construction environments. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor and working as part of a field crew.

Responsibilities:
- Dig trenches, move soil, and transport materials using wheelbarrows and shovels.
- Assist with foundation and waterproofing tasks such as installing shoring, laying pipe, prepping walls, and basic site cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain awareness on active job sites, and work effectively around heavy equipment.
- Report to the shop each morning, ride with the crew to job sites, and support daily project needs as assigned.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of construction or trench labor experience.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check required.
- Ability to lift, shovel, and push a wheelbarrow for extended periods.
- Ability to follow standard construction and trench safety procedures around equipment and job-site hazards.
