Overview:
We're seeking an experienced plumber to handle a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing work, including both service calls and new construction projects. This role is best suited for a self-starting technician who can work independently in the field, problem-solve on-site, and communicate clearly with customers. You’ll handle everything from gas and water lines to drain and waste systems across a broad service area.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing work, including service calls, drain work, and general plumbing repairs.
- Install, repair, and maintain gas, water, waste, and compressed air piping systems on new construction and renovation projects.
- Work independently on job sites, managing tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Drive to job sites within roughly an hour of Reno, interacting professionally with customers and representing the company well in the field.

Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on plumbing experience; journeyman-level skill set preferred
- Strong baseline knowledge of both new construction and service plumbing, with the ability to adapt to different types of work.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently without direct supervision, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
