Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to handle residential installation projects with minimal oversight. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to safety, and the ability to complete installations efficiently and up to code. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading installation work from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Safely remove and replace residential HVAC units, ensuring all work meets code requirements.
- Recover refrigerant, disconnect and reconnect electrical systems, and perform brazing and refrigerant line installation.
- Conduct system charging, startup, and performance checks.
- Lead installation projects independently, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in residential HVAC installation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical connections, refrigerant handling, and system startup procedures.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proven track record of safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations.
