Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Install Helper to support daily delivery and in-home setup of new, out-of-box furniture and occasional fitness equipment. You’ll meet at the warehouse each morning, help load and secure items, and assist the driver on customer stops. This role offers a clear path to driving/crew lead once you learn the process and demonstrate safe, professional work.

Responsibilities:
- Load trucks at the warehouse; pad/blanket, strap, and secure furniture for transport.
- Assist driver on routes; carry items into customers’ homes and perform basic assembly/installation.
- Follow safe lifting/handling practices as a two-person crew; maintain a clean, organized truck.
- Provide courteous, professional service in customers’ homes and follow daily delivery procedures.

Requirements:
- Able to consistently lift and move up to ~75 lbs and work as part of a two-person crew.
- Basic tool skills: comfortable using a hand drill, screwdriver, drill bits, pliers, etc.
- Background check required (older minor offenses may be acceptable per company guidelines).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history strongly preferred; box-truck experience is a plus and can accelerate promotion to a driver role.
