Overview:
We’re hiring a reliable Painter Helper to support residential projects in and around Milwaukee. This role focuses on site preparation, organization, and assistance to lead painters to ensure smooth job progress and clean finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with prep work, masking, covering, sanding, and moving materials between areas.
- Set up and maintain work areas, ensuring all surfaces are properly protected.
- Support lead painters during active projects and complete cleanup duties.
- Transport supplies or equipment as needed to job sites.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of painting or construction experience preferred; willingness to learn on the job.
- Reliable transportation to job sites around Milwaukee metro.
- Ability to follow direction and work safely with hand tools and ladders.
- Tools provided on-site; bringing personal tools is a plus.
