Overview:
We’re seeking skilled Lead Painters to take ownership of residential projects in the Milwaukee area. You’ll handle all aspects of painting from prep to finish, ensuring high-quality results while collaborating with a small team and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Complete start-to-finish residential painting including taping, masking, prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying (spraying optional).
- Work alongside the owner or one other team member to deliver quality, efficient results.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while ensuring all surfaces and client property are protected.
- Communicate project progress and address minor adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of residential painting experience; ability to complete full projects independently.
- Strong prep and masking skills; experience with sprayers a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites around Milwaukee, Elm Grove, and Brookfield. - Tools provided, but personal equipment is welcome.
- No background check or language requirement; bilingual applicants encouraged.
