Overview
Oversee and lead small residential construction and remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires a skilled, hands-on leader who can manage job sites, coordinate tasks, and perform a wide range of construction duties.

Responsibilities
- Direct daily site operations, delegate tasks, and monitor quality and safety.
- Perform and supervise carpentry, flooring, tile, roofing tie-ins, and other remodel work.
- Coordinate material runs and resolve job-site challenges to maintain timelines.
- Communicate progress and expectations clearly with the business owner and clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to two stories) and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong generalist skill set across trades; reliable and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver’s license; truck ownership preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
