Overview:
We're seeking skilled Framers to assist with new home builds and remodel projects. The role requires knowledge of basic residential framing techniques and the ability to read specifications. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently as part of a framing crew.

Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble walls, floors, and roof framing according to plans.
- Accurately measure, cut, and install lumber and structural components.
- Ensure framing work meets building codes and project specifications.
- Work closely with other trades to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on framing experience required; must understand basic codes and specs.
- Proficient with hand and power tools including saws, nail guns, and levels.
- Ability to lift materials and work safely on ladders or scaffolding.
