Overview:
Looking for detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to prepare vacant residences for the next tenant. You’ll complete full make-ready cleanings to established standards so each property is move-in ready.

Responsibilities:
- Complete top-to-bottom turnover cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, living areas, bedrooms, floors, interior windows).
- Follow checklists; restock basic items as directed; remove trash and haul to proper disposal.
- Note and report damages or maintenance issues found during cleaning.
- Protect finishes and surfaces; secure units upon completion and document work with photos.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of prior residential/turnover cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, pace, and consistency; ability to lift/move cleaning equipment.
- Reliable transportation for local job sites
- Must be able to pass a background check and own a smartphone for scheduling
