Overview:
Seeking a versatile Property Maintenance Handyman to handle day-to-day make-ready and repair tasks across local residential properties. You’ll complete routine fixes, assess issues, and coordinate escalations for specialty trades when needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform everyday repairs and make-ready tasks (e.g., patching, minor carpentry, hardware replacements, basic fixture adjustments).
- Respond to maintenance requests on short notice with clear notes on materials, steps taken, and follow-ups needed.
- Identify when work requires licensed trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and coordinate escalation.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate status updates to the office team.

Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with basic residential maintenance.
- Skill with using hand/power tools and ability to diagnose simple issues and propose next steps.
- Reliable transportation for local job sites
- Must be able to pass a background check and own a smartphone for scheduling
