Overview:
Seeking a skilled Handyman Plumber to assist with ongoing residential remodel projects across Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge and be capable of supporting additional trades such as drywall, flooring, and deck work. This role is best suited for someone who can take direction from a licensed lead, work efficiently, and adapt to a variety of home renovation tasks.

Responsibilities
- Perform full residential plumbing work including rough-ins, fixture installations, and final connections.
- Assist with related remodel tasks such as drywall repair, flooring installation, and deck building.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete small service repairs when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while completing tasks efficiently across multiple job sites.

Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with residential plumbing and specifically remodeling experience preferred.
- Basic carpentry and general handyman skills such as drywall, flooring, or framing are highly preferred.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
