Overview:
Seeking experienced Line Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen team supporting daily meal preparation and service. The ideal candidates will be able to handle high-volume cooking, maintain organization under pressure, and assist with prep and plating while upholding kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. This role is ideal for cooks who can work independently but also collaborate effectively with the head chef and other kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations, following proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and mise en place to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicate effectively with the head chef and fellow cooks during service.

Requirements:
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience required; strong knife skills preferred.
- Understanding of basic kitchen operations, including mise en place and food handling safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn and adapt to the kitchen’s pace and standards.
