Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Master Plumber to lead commercial plumbing projects. This role focuses on commercial clients and military base contracts, requiring expertise in excavation, sewer main replacements, permits, and on-site inspections.

Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial plumbing scopes (no residential living spaces), including sewer main replacements, excavations, and system repairs.
- Pull permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with NC plumbing code and base access protocols.
- Serve as the on-site master/qualifying professional; interface with inspectors, GC/site contacts, and internal teams.
- Document work, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with drain techs/assistants as needed.

Requirements:
- Active North Carolina Master Plumbing license (P1 or PC) required.
- 5+ years’ commercial plumbing experience, including permits/inspections and excavation/sewer main work.
- Clean background suitable for access to military bases; no felonies (misdemeanors considered case-by-case).
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic hand tools (power tools, drain machines, jetting equipment provided).
