Overview:
We are seeking a Skilled Handyman to join our team and assist with residential and remodeling projects. This role requires expertise in various construction tasks and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of residential repair, remodeling tasks and construction work, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring installation.
- Support residential rehab projects and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a tidy work environment.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role in residential and remodeling projects.
- Proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to self-manage and adapt to different project needs.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation and personal hand/power tools for work assignments.
