Overview:
The Residential Cleaning Team Lead at White Glove Cleaning is responsible for leading a cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met while also participating in cleaning tasks as needed. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of cleaners to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Conduct hands-on cleaning to maintain service quality when necessary.
- Communicate with clients to address their requirements and feedback.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and perform quality checks.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for job site travel.
