Overview:
We're seeking a Flooring Installer to be responsible for independently installing commercial carpet, vinyl plank, and VCT flooring across multiple active job sites. This role requires hands-on installation experience and the ability to lead or run an installation crew while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Install commercial carpet, vinyl plank, and VCT flooring according to project specifications.
- Lead and work alongside installation crews to ensure proper installation and timely completion of jobs.
- Perform installations across multiple projects and job sites as needed.
- Follow job site safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience installing commercial carpet, vinyl plank, and VCT flooring.
- Ability to independently complete installations and run or lead a crew on job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality installation work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to perform in a fast-paced job site environment.
